Yihua Company is a joint-stock company with the registered
capital of RMB 3,500,000. We mainly manufacture fin dies
for the production of condensers and evaporators. Our
company has employed the die designs, technology and processing
techniques which are most advanced in the world. Meanwhile
we have improved the dies according to the AL materials
available in China, which enable the dies to allow the
difference in the thickness of the AL materials of 0.03mm
maximum, therefore, our dies are especially popular with
the companies which put out various types of products.
The fin dies we produce can be used on stably operating
high-speed punching machines. The punching rate can reach
200250 times/min, and they are guaranteed for 100 million
punches. Under normal conditions and with proper maintenance
and change of the fittings, they can be used for 5-8 years.
We now have a joint project with Japanese Fundy company
to
develop fin dies. Our Japanese partner is in charge of
the designing, and both of the two parties cooperate in
manufacturing. All the highly precision fittings are imported
from Japan, including the screws and nuts, oil hoses,air
hoses,etc. which effectively improves the wearability
of the dies. Our Japanese experts supervise the quality
control during the whole process, from the beginning of
design, to fitting, testing and delivering the diesthus
to secure each of our products is carefully designed and
made, which is stable and reliable to profit our customers.
